Financial (in the form of tagine) white chocolate
It’s been a few months that I have in my cupboards these pretty moulds in the shape of a mini tajine, hand of fatma, or teapot, brought from Morocco by Fadila. It’s been several months that I want to test but I had not the time, the idea, etc
And then the other day at the supermarket my path has crossed that of this new chocolate patisser, tablet white chocolate-almonds and it ended up in my shopping cart. in the unpacking for the taste (if, if, it should always taste before using), I saw this recipe from financial imrpimé on the packaging. It was not necessary any more and I decide to test it (and yet I have loads of receipts of financial on the blog) and with the approach of Ramadan I told myself that I was going to give a small oriental touch to these cupcakes.
For this recipe you will need :
- 70 g of butter
- 70 g of flour
- 3 white eggs
- 20 g sugar (or less depending on taste)
- 1 tablet of Nestlé chocolate Dessert Almond
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Beat the butter soft with the whip so that it is smooth and ointment.
Break the chocolate into a container from the microwave and melt, stirring every 30 seconds.
In a bowl, whisk the egg whites and then add the sugar, the flour and the white chocolate and mix. Then add the butter and mix well again.
Pour into molds and bake for about 15 minutes of cooking to heat rotating. Once cooked, leave to stand for the financial for 5 minutes before turning out.
It remains only to serve them with a good cup of coffee and a treat !
