Jelly (jell-o) strawberry, as in England
If we spent a little time in England, it was necessarily a memory of this jelly shaky served in the family home. It was spurement color (green or red), on the move has necessarily had a movement of recoil unexplained (in fact, it was just thought that this jelly was going to jump out of the tv directly on us and we got scared). And then years later, nostalgic of this period blessed (London, the friends, the parties, the carefree years of students, etc.), you suddenly feel like this jelly that we did not like that much at the time. It doesn’t take much to start and build up some small pots to turn out to entertain the kids (a simple “Mom, it looks like a large globule of living” will come to put words to the feeling that we had experienced during our first encounter with the famous jelly).
For this recipe, you need to :
- 500 ml of the liquid of your choice (here, water and strawberry syrup well-measured, therefore, well-sweetened)
- 9 g of gelatin
Place the gelatine leaves in a bowl of cold water to soften.
Heat the liquid (water and syrup). Once hot, squeeze out the gelatine leaves and dissolve in the liquid. Stir to dissolve the gelatin.
Pour the mixture in molds to frost the individual and leave to cool for at least 3 hours. Unmould just before serving.
