Muffins or cupcakes chocolate

Each year, my son Elias, at the approach of Halloween, wonder if this year we will have a house “terrifying”. He loves the word and for this party (like it or not, there is not the question), he always comes out and had said the first time, “we will put the house terrifying ?”. I’ve put a few minutes before to understand that he asked if we were going to decorate the house to make it terrifying. In short, every year, I say to myself, “hey, we could do something this year”, I make a list of things to test out in deco (the cauliflower in a large jar as the brain, the litchees to the raspberries in another jar to have eyes in the formal, etc) and every year I lack finalemen of time.

In short, every year, I make these simple muffins to the taste and yet these are not the ideas of deco, who will still miss this year, since My Sweet Boutique has already prepared his small selection of products to put the orange and black (or purple, grey, etc) throughout the house.

For 12 muffins :
– 2 eggs
– 100 g of sugar
– 110 g of butter
– 100 g flour
– 1/2 bag of yeast chemical
– 150 dark chocolate
– 120 ml of liquid cream
– 1 pinch of salt

Frosting :
– 100 g of dark chocolate
– 30 g of icing sugar
– 20 g of butter, melted

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Dispose of the containers at peas in a plate footprint muffins. Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan or in the microwave, mélangre to obtain a mixture and then let cool. Sift the flour and the yeast.
Whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture whitens. Add the chocolate and butter are melted and stir to incorporate. Add the cream and mix again, add flour, yeast and salt. M2langer yet to obtain a preparation homogeneous.
Distribute the trays, stroke this preparation up to mid-height. Bake for about 20 minutes (the tip of a knife inserted in the center should emerge dry).
Let the cakes cool on a wire rack before topping of chocolate icing.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave in increments of 30 seconds. Add the sifted icing sugar and the melted butter and stir using a spatula to obtain a homogeneous mixture and very brilliant.

Using a spoon, spread this frosting on the muffins and decorate with small candies orange and black.

These little muffins will be the most beautiful effect in trays for cakes with polka dots (orange here), but you vary the amount of light to match your party !
