Now comes Vegas Uncork’d. And they come back a few classics not to be missed.

As few days ago I told you, was released the agenda for Vegas Uncork’d, my culinary event favorite time of year. And, of course, I gave them in this article the list of the events that happen for the first time. But there are great classics that come back in and here I put my favorites that repeat. Prepare stomachs. Still have 3 months to do diet. From 10 to 13 may is the time of the indulgence in the sin city.

Tacos, Tequila & Salsa Party.

This year there comes the dumbbell full of the Too Hot Tamales, but that does not mean that I die of desire to repeat the party tequila at Border Grill that I’ve been enjoying already for four consecutive years. This year we added the matter of salsa and dance, but as I have two left feet, I’m going to enjoy the cocktails. And the tacos. Obvious.

Brunch at GIADA: a Toast TO Mother’s Day.

Not that I celebrate mothers ‘ day. But my accomplice romantic yes. So that sounds like a great excuse to go to brunch Giada De Laurentiis. Strange the mini pizza and the polenta. And the benedictines. Also the souffle of limoncello. And… well, who am I to refuse?

Picnic at The Park.

Last year I went crazy between the grill of Tom Colicchio, the paella from Julian Serrano, the kitchen of Charlie Palmer and the greatness of Rick Moonen. Well, this year that he painted for the event that we flew the head of the 2017, it will be even better. Join the list, among others, Masaharu Morimoto, Craig Schettler with his wisdom brewing and Master Sommelier Jason Smith. As well, casual, in the middle of The Park, promises to be the perfect way to watch the sunset in Las Vegas.

 If you have paid attention these last few years, you know that the best way to say goodbye to Vegas Uncork’d has always been the brunch Rao s. An event with Frank Pellegrino Jr. and Ron Stracci which serves to put the calendar on the countdown to the 2019.

Finally, I have 7 years saying the same thing. If you go to Vegas Uncork’d and only go to an event in the calendar, this is the event to which you have to enter. The pools of Caesars Palace become the place to enjoy to the maximum. Let’s say this is the event for which you train one. It is where the stomach is put to the test.
