Prescription. Chicken legs glazed in the oven
This week I came up with the theme of eating a little healthier and wanting to make a glaze. Sometimes that’s not going along, but now I was able to set it up, and was delicious. So I wanted to share with you the recipe that I aventé and that, moreover, is more easy to prepare. On the menu today: Chicken Legs Glazed.
For these Chicken Legs with Glazed we need to:
- 10 Chicken Legs (obvious)
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 6 tbsp. Honey
- 3 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
- 1 and a half tbsp. of soy sauce.
- Juice of 1 lemon and a half. I use lemon real, the yellow, for that grip better taste.
- 3 tbsp. of Rice wine Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. of sesame oil.
Warm up your oven to 200ºC and oil a baking tray. Season the legs and put in the oven taking care not to encimen to each other. Take a little olive oil and let it broil for about 20 minutes.
Mix honey, fish sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl. Incorporate everything well. This is going to take up each leg after 20 minutes in the oven. Check that they are well covered. Get about 20 to 30 minutes and not olivden to turn the legs with tongs to cook well and the frosting is perfect. Can be served with rice, asparagus, or until edamames steamed.
