Prescription. Chicken wings Glazed with Honey and Soy Kikkoman
Well, we’re going to start putting in a lot of ways to use the soy sauce. As we are accustomed to think only in japanese cuisine, or chinese when we talk about it and there are so many things that we can enjoy. So here goes the first recipe of many that we will be sharing (wait for video in brief) of what can be done.
- Vegetable Oil
- 1 1/2 Pounds of chicken wings. (Cleaned and separated)
- 3 tbsp. Honey bee
- 1 tbsp. of Soy Sauce, Kikkoman
- 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. spicy sauce
- Salt and pepper
First of all, go preheating the oven to about 230ºC. Take two trays for baking and engrásenlas with the oil. Season with salt and pepper and distribute the wings on the trays, leaving a good space between them. Hornéenlas about 50 minutes, rotating the trays halfway through cooking.
Meanwhile, make a mixture of honey, soy sauce Kikkoman, the curry in polbo, cumin and hot sauce in a bowl. They take out the wings from the oven and échenlas in the mixture to mix well.
