Prescription. Daiquiri classic and a couple of flavor options.
The best of the spring is such that it becomes the first notice for the best weather. And then we started to imagine where we go to enjoy it. My mind always ends wandering to different places that have to do with what you are reading. And between that I’m reading Hemingway, and I’m debuting a blender Vitamix that I found myself in Williams Sonoma, I could not help but think of Cuba and, therefore, in a Daiquiri. So I’m going to leave some ideas of this cocktail for you to toast the solecito and prepare the bikini.
We are going to do several. So let’s start with the daiquiri basic.
- 90 ml. of White Rum.
- 1/2 liter of lemon juice.
- 3 ice cubes.
- 2 tbsp. sugar.
The key is not to overdo it with the ice, because then they watered down the cocktail. Put everything in a blender and apply the smoothie. It should be served cold in glasses and enjoy it.
Now we are going with flavors. First Daiquiri of Strawberry.
- 6 strawberries.
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice without seed.
- 1/2 cup aged rum.
- 4 ice cubes
- Sugar for escarchar.
Here it is almost the same. But the ice is what we are going to chop apart. Clean the strawberries and let them cool for a while. Then crush strawberries with sugar and lemon. Since taking the mixture, add the rum and beat again. Escarchen glasses with sugar, add the crushed ice and serve your mixture. Can use more strawberries to decorate.
Finally, a Daiquiri Peach. Because here there is something for everyone.
- 60 ml. Ron White
- 1 Peach
- A cda. lemon juice.
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 4 ice cubes
Still easier than you believe. Because we took all the ingredients in the blender, except the ice, blend very well and serve in a cool glass in which we put the crushed ice and a mint leaf.
