Prescription. How to make a burger filled in as professionals.
I told you days ago, and I keep saying do not leave me only with my credit card and a connection to Williams Sonoma Mexico because then I’m leaning out the window waiting for my stuff to use them all at the same time. If we add to that my love for the grill and my new Press for Hamburgers-that if they want, they can buy going here– it was inevitable that I would think of how to make burgers with a twist. And it occurred to me to fill them. On the menu today: Hamburger Stuffed with Avocado, Cheese and Chipotle Mayonnaise.
For this burger fills need:
- 1k. ground beef sirloin.
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- Chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp. paprika or sweet paprika.
- Chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp. serrano pepper finely chopped.
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 Onion, very finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. flakes of dried chilli.
- An avocado
- Chipotle mayonnaise
- Mozzarella cheese sliced into thin slices.
Already know how is the issue with the burgers. Season the meat and add all the ingredients, except the avocado, cheese and mayonnaise. Biting back well. I recommend using your hands and do it while the heat of your grill, grab strength. Use your press for burgers and before you join both sides, put in the middle, a bit of mayonnaise, a slice of avocado and cover with cheese. Make your burger by closing the press-and put them to cook until they seal the meat. As a tip: always have a few chips of aromatic wood favorite that added to the coal. That each who serve and assemble yours as you want.
