Prescription. Smoothie of blueberries and yogurt. Healthy breakfast and with all

I think I have to make a confession. Of the things I’ve bought in all my outbursts of shopping, one of the best has been a Vitamix. And suddenly I found myself taking advantage of with all kinds of ideas, so a couple of days, without much time for breakfast, I put something quick and I ended up loving it. So I decided to share it. On today’s menu: Smoothie of Blueberries and Yogurt.

For the Smoothie of Blueberries and Yogurt, we need to:

  • 200 grams of Raspberries
  • 200 g Blackberries
  • 6 tbsp. Natural Yogurt low-fat
  • 300 mls. milk
  • 3 tbsp. icing sugar or honey to taste.

Here is where it all becomes too easy to be real. But believe me it is. Grab everything and mĂ©tanlo in your blender. I insist… if you have not done one like mine, you don’t know what to expect.
