Recipe Cocktail of watermelon with tequila blanco and mint

Licúen the watermelon in the blender until smooth. Go the juice into a bowl, pressing very well on the pulp and discard the solids.
For the simple syrup put half a cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Add a cup of sugar and shufe until the sugar is completely dissolved. Let cool very well and ready the syrup.
