From the book “The Senators tend to cook” 1964
- 7 kilos of corn, purple or yellow
- 2 kilos of granulated sugar
- 10 grams of ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 botcito boy of royal
How to get
Grind the corn in a dry and sift in a sieve not too fine, to pass a pco as a whole. Add the sugar, cinnamon, and salt; put the royal and mix well; add the butter, stirring slowly, to be a kind of coarse meal and uniform. You add enough lukewarm water to form a soft dough that is spread on the table without sticking. Spreads with a knife in the form of diamonds, standing in portfolios oiled. It IS baked in hot oven.
