Recipe Potatoes screened in green sauce, style chilaquiles

- 5 green tomatoes
- ½ Onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ Cup cilantro leaves
- 1 cup double cream cheese, grated (or cheese of your preference type manchego, panela, or similar)
- ⅓ Cup chopped onion
- 2 chiles serranos
- 1 cup chicken broth

Boil the tomatoes with the garlic and the onion and a pinch of baking soda; after 10 minutes, licúenlos with the chicken broth, chili and coriander. If the chiles, removed the veins and seeds, only give taste and not to be biting.
