Semolina cake with raisins and caramel
The kids LOVE the semolina cake and yet I have never done so far. While my mother made it often when we were little then one fine day, I decided to make one also for mine, especially after I saw the recipe of Devd.
I did almost nothing to alter this recipe, I just deleted the cinnamon (that the kids don’t like too much), and put raisins in it (that the children were not loved and carefully removed before eating).

If you want to add raisins, just add them in the milk at the same time as the meal.
