Wheat: Our golden wheat tortillas prove that whole grain isn’t just healthy anymore. A hearty taste, great with our signature sautéed veggies!
Tomato Chile: Simply made to be paired with our fresh cooked eggs in a breakfast burrito, our tomato chili tortillas are great for adding a southwestern spin to any burrito.
Pesto: So good you’ll think you’ve walked into you’re mothers herb garden. Made with a hint of garlic and choc full of flavor, our pesto tortillas are a great wrap for virtually any burrito.
Spinach: Make your friends green with envy while you sink your teeth into this tasty tortilla. A simple down to earth spinach flavor that’s sure to make you happy to eat your vegetables.
Jalapeño cheddar: Far and away our customers favorite, our jalapeño cheddar tortillas are the one, the only wrap for a potato burrito. With a hint of jalapeño and a rich cheddar taste, you truly can’t go wrong if you call “Jap cheddar!” (P.S. keep your eyes peeled for jalapeño cheddar tortilla chips in store. The perfect completion to any meal.)
Cheese
Choice of mild cheddar or Monterey jack, or try a mix for maximum munch ability melted right onto the tortilla
Rice
Cilantro Lime can’t hold a candle to our freshly prepared Spanish rice. The perfect medium to hold all your flavorful fillings.
Beans
Pick from either our whole black or pinto beans, both 100% vegetarian (trust me, there’s more than enough meat to come)
Fillings
All of our fillings made from scratch in house. We cut the meat and cook it to perfection with all the freshest ingredients. You’d be hard pressed to find canned food in our kitchen. We’d call it homemade but Steve hasn’t convinced us to let him live here yet. Care to mix and match? Be our guest and pile ‘em up. Be creative!
Chicken Mole: A staple for our regulars, and a sensation for new customers, our chicken starts in the back as whole breasts, boiled and seasoned to bring out the best of the natural chicken flavor, then paired with our mild red Chile sauce. The Mole peppers give it the perfect balance of mild spice and intense flavor. It’ll have you screaming for “more mole!”
Chicken Bay Leaf: for those who’d rather stick to simple, our Bay Leaf Chicken is the natural choice. It starts the same way as our chicken mole, spends some time getting seasoned with bay leaves and other spices, then basks in it’s own broth until the moment it goes on your burrito.
Carnitas: Nothing, absolutely nothing, beats a fresh batch of pulled pork carnitas hot out of the boilin’ oil. Shredded pork seasoned to perfection throughout the cooking process, you’ll never be able to guess what makes ‘em so good, and we’ll never tell.
Chile Verde: And now, in the back left corner (look if you don’t believe us) sit’s our back to back award winning pork green chili. Made with the perfect blend of peppers, chilies, and select seasonings. With a mild kick and a heavyweight punch of flavor, this stuff is so good even our vegetarian adds the sauce to his burritos; A (hardly) guilty pleasure.
Beef Carne Asada: If meat and potatoes are your game, you cant go wrong with our Carne Asada Beef. Fresh cut steak grilled to the pinnacle of tenderness and absolutely slathered in our Mexican vegetable marinade. A straight forward powerhouse of flavor with nothing to hide.
Veggies: The best kept secret in big city burrito. Seasonal fresh bell peppers, carrots, zucchini, cabbage, and mushrooms cut daily and sautéed to order with just the right spices to bring out all the flavor, they practically jump onto your tortilla. You’d find nary an employee who doesn’t sneak these into their burritos.
Salsa
Regular: Pico de Gallo made with only the freshest ingredients, our three picos all start with fresh roma tomatoes, chopped onions, and the perfect amount of hand sliced cilantro.
Corn: Southwestern chipotle corn delivers moderate heat along with a medium smoky flavor.
Jalapeño: The mild stops here with a little extra seasoning for good measure and extra heat in this chopped jalapeño Pico!
Tomatillo: Mild and tangy for those who want to add a twist to their burritos, incredible paired with chipotle corn Pico.
Salsa de Lupe: Blended Chile arbols form the base for this one of a kind smooth salsa. Our second hottest sauce, it makes a great addition to any burrito. (Try it with breakfast and you’ll never regret it)
House Hot: Our homemade hot sauce is the best way to spice up any burrito. Add a little for a mild kick, or “say when” and set your taste buds on fire.
Extras
Guacamole: Made twice daily from ripened Hass avocados and the perfect blend of onion and spices, don’t let the guac gun fool you, this stuff is far from factory made store-bought. Put it in your burrito or just grab a bag of our fresh corn tortilla chips and dig in!
Sour cream: Thick sour cream is a great way to round out any burrito.
Ranch dressing: A must for any Big City Burrito, made from scratch using buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced green onion, garlic powder, and other seasonings carefully mixed into a smooth creamy sauce.
