The Tavern of the Lion, a classic that is renewed
The restaurant, founded over 20 years ago by chef Monica Patiño, presented their new dishes of the season.
The passion for gastronomy is expressed in its entirety in each of the dishes created by the renowned chef Monica Patiño to the Tavern of the Lion. From may and until the end of July, will be able to find these new dishes prepared with fresh ingredients, ideal for these warm months.
To begin, Monica Patiño presents us with a gazpacho classic served on a cocktail of crab and decorated with a touch of olive oil and a little parsley.
Also be able to find a ceviche of anchovies with fennel tender, decorated with lemon slices and green chile, we recommend to accompany it with a glass of white wine.

In addition, attendees will be able to order a Rib Eye Ranch 17 accompanied with guacamole verde and a side of French fries served directly from the oven to your plate.
Another dish that you will find this season in the menu, are the medallions of pork fillet accompanied by mashed potatoes, reduction of mushrooms, ginger, epazóte and purple cabbage.
For all good close can not miss the dessert, so the chef presents us with these two new options that you’re going to have to prove: A tartlet of raspberries on sablé breton, accompanied by ice cream and rosemary sorbet of red fruits; and also a Baklava cheese, a delicio cake of Turkish origin with the touch of flavor from the chef in all of your recipes.
And as the fresh ingredients are everything, you’ll be able to enjoy some seasonal fruit, like mango, lychees and cherries French within our menu.
