Talk about the typical drinks of Mexico is a topic interesting for me, for obvious reasons is something that I have been involve, even before opening this site. The fondness for drinks such as the Tequila, the Mezcal and to the Stables (this last a great-uncle was a producer), comes from always. But Mexico, in addition to these-so-famous, has a huge variety of drinks ranging from the simple fresh-waters, up to a so-called Tuba which is made with the flower of the coconut palms at Colima and Nayarit.
